This page explains which payment methods we accept, when you're charged, and how your payment details are protected.

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — plus the express options shown at checkout, such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The exact options displayed can vary with your device and region; Apple Pay, for example, appears on Apple devices.

Currency

All prices on our store are shown, and all payments are processed, in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged in full when you place your order. If we're unable to fulfil an order for any reason, we'll notify you and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Payment security

All transactions are processed over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection by PCI DSS–compliant payment providers. Your full card details are handled by the payment processor and never stored on our servers.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails, check that your card details and billing address are entered exactly as your bank has them, or try an alternative payment method. If the problem persists, your bank can usually explain the decline — and our team is happy to help with anything on the store's side.
