We want you to be happy with every piece you order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included parts and fittings.

How to start a return

Email us at support@forkfancy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours on business days. Once your return is approved, please ship the item back within 14 days. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover the return cost or supply a prepaid label. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no expense to you.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we inspect it and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5–10 business days to post the amount to your statement.

Late or missing refunds

If the timeframes above have passed and you still don't see your refund, first check with your bank or card provider — processing times vary. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us and we'll trace it with our payment processor.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd prefer — it's usually the fastest route.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been installed, used, or modified, and items returned without their original packaging or parts, can't be accepted for return. This doesn't affect your rights regarding damaged or defective products.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once an order is in transit, it falls under the standard return process above.
