How long does delivery take?
Plan on 2–10 business days from the moment you check out. We prepare and hand off your order within 1–5 business days, and USPS carries it the rest of the way in 1–5 business days, depending on your state. Shipping is free on every U.S. order.

It arrives by email as soon as your order leaves us. Carriers usually post the first scan within 24–72 hours of dispatch, so give it a little time before checking. You can also look up any order on our order tracking page.
Track your orderWhat is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. Write to us first so we can send the correct return address, then ship the item back within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours to cover — unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not what you ordered, in which case we take care of everything.
Full return policyWhen will I see my refund?
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we confirm by email and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Banks and card issuers can take another 5–10 business days to post it to your statement.
